Adding to the line of bezel-less smartphones in the Indian market, Mi Mix 2 is ready to be the iPhone X of the masses. The concept-phone, which earlier made an entrance with Mi Mix and gave a future for the next-gen smartphone, has now upgraded for good. Though the earlier version never made an entrance to the Indian market, Xiaomi’s Global Vice President and India’s Managing Director, Manu Kumar Jain recently made an announcement on his Twitter account confirming the launch of Mix 2 in India. Mix 2 has already been launched in China and users are already loving it.
The phone’s upgraded version will come with rounded corner. Made of an aluminum alloy and a ceramic back panel, Xiaomi’s flagship device is now reduced to a display of 5.99 inch with a full HD+ resolution and an aspect ratio of 18:9. One major thing that can devastate Indian users who are anxiously waiting for its launch is it is coming without a headphone jack. The 5 MP camera is placed at the bottom which on opening the camera app will instruct you to turn your phone for a selfie.
The phone is powered by Qualcomm’s best processor with a 6GB RAM and an internal memory variant ranging from 64 GB, 128 GB up to 256 GB. The rear camera is a 12 MP- Sony IMX 386 sensor with 4-axis optical image stabilization. It also boasts off some futuristic technology possessing cantilever piezoelectric ceramic acoustics that will resonate the sound through the aluminum frame to deliver the audio through the screen.
We can’t wait to lay our hands on this all in all display phone. Mi never stops to surprise its users.
