Delhi that has had a pleasant weather for a couple of days, is up for immense relief in the coming week. According to the meteorological department, weather in Delhi is expected to remain the same rainy-windy for a week to come. Light showers were experienced throughout the city and if the weathermen are to be believed, the showers will continue today as well as Sunday.
Why the relief?
The western disturbance is responsible for the lowering of temperature in the city which recorded a maximum of 35 degrees and a minimum of 24 degrees Celsius. Meteorological department expects the western disturbance to have reached the North-Western plains, which in turn will bring light showers to the plains and the west Himalayan peripheri.
This in turn will make sure that the temperatures in the plains do not rise to an intolerable degree. The temperatures in Delhi will especially remain on the lower end of the spectrum throughout the week.
What to expect?
People living in the national capital can expect to the next week to be quite pleasant. The temperatures are expected to remain 4-5 degrees below the temperatures normal for this time of the year. According to the met department the maximum temperature will hover between 34-36 degrees while the minimum will remain between 24-26 degrees Celsius.
