Ever saw a cake so dainty and cute that you wanted to stare at it, take a bite and stare at it some more? Well, we have. These adorable cakes shaped in the form of popsicles, are our newest obsessions and we cannot have enough of them. Vanilla Beans in Bandra is a bakery which does these beautiful cakes, cupcakes and desserts and we’re already a fan!

The cakesicles- yes we know, they look like a popsicles and cake had a love child and it is the most adorable dessert ever!

These cakesicles are tiny sponge cakes that come in a plethora of different flavours, they are then coated with a thick layer of chocolate (white, milk or dark) and a bit of the flavour.

The chocolate makes the cakesicle have a great crunch while the sponge cake gives it a smooth luxurious texture. It is the perfect dessert and we are so thankful to Vanilla Beans for making these cute little things.

The cakesicles come in a variety of flavours, red velvet, cookies and cream, red velvet, roast hazelnut, oreo, kitkat and fudge brownies are a few that we are sure to love.

Yet, the showstopper has to be the mango cakesicle, a delicate mango sponge encased in mango flavoured white chocolate, and chopped almonds and pista give the cakesicles the much needed balance of crunch and the soft sponge.

Vanilla Beans also makes few of the most stunning cakes you’ll lay your eyes on. So be it a birthday, an anniversary celebration or your special day, you can depend on Vanilla Bean to bring you the best that there is.

We are a fan of their tiered and decked cakes, all the fleece and the decor makes us think of the beautiful cakes we always see on those instagram and youtube videos, but can never have. Thankfully with the delivery only, Vanilla Bean, we can have it all.

So order yourself a few cakesicles and enjoy the luxury of the stunning desserts that can satisfy the eyes as well as the soul.
