What's the update?

The new and upcoming commercial center is one of the biggest plans by the YEIDA. The complex will not just be a hub for commercial offices, but will also house some of Noida's biggest and most happening cafes, fun joints and a lot more. In case you're wondering what that'll be like, take a look at DLF Cyber Hub at Gurugram, which has been built on the same principle.

At its core, the commercial complex is a hub- a hub for all professional as well as casual occasions. Spread over a massive area of at least 25 acres, the complex is nothing short of an ambitious project.

What is the commercial complex?

As far as facilities and services are concerned, the complex will be home to several malls, food courts, entertainment zones, open air theatres, retail stores, multilevel parking and a green park. The complex is going to be your one stop for everything that you look for when you're out chilling with friends.

Not only that, the complex also doubles up as a commercial space, meaning that there are several offices here as well, making the place lively, bustling and teeming with life.

Another neat fact about the upcoming complex is that it is located really close to the soon-to-be open Jewar airport in Greater Noida. Since it is just about 7 kilometers from Sector 18, the officials are optimistic about the footfall at the complex.
