What we are saying is-

Raasta is a very chilled out joint and they have stayed true to the theme of the restaurant. The playlist here is too damn trippy and the Rastafarian décor pays a grand homage to Bob Marley- it’s all in sync which makes Raasta THE place to be at.

The Caribbean theme is executed well which gives us a much needed break from the monotony and concrete culture of the city. The entire experience in the restaurant transports us to a stress-free, relaxing environment where we can chill with our squad.

The menu was refreshing and they had everything- from a variety of sea-food to vegetable assortments to chicken and lamb curry. The dishes were not only presented beautifully but also had fine-dine flavours.

Fiery Chicken wings were finger lickin’ good and the king prawns and fried calamari rings took us to a shack on a Goan beach. The Bahama mama cocktail had a surprisingly pleasant infusion of coffee and the Caribbean rum punch was 100% true to it’s name- visually as well as in taste! The main courses were generously served and the presentation was top-notch.
The Fire Engine (lamb curry) was spicy at it’s best and the Thai chicken curry had a creamy texture along with juicy chicken and freshly tossed vegetables. The dessert, “Brownie and Ice Cream”- though simple, left us wanting for more. You cannot go wrong with this classic combination at all and honestly, we were not disappointed.
