Detroit Garage Bar and Kitchen is one of the latest additions in the burgeoning food and beverage outlets of Connaught Place!

Inspired by the culture of grungy garage and basement bars of Detroit, USA, this fancy restro-bar is where you should head to, if you want to pack a hefty punch to your regular day!

Nestled in the laps of Connaught Place, Detroit's vintage appeal has the capacity to lure anyone in!

There is a scarlet red 1947 Chevrolet parked at the entry of the garage-bar which gives you a sensational sneak-peek into what’s inside!

Wooden chairs against the walls of black and grey and countless motifs of cars, dim lighting, rock music, a DJ console on a truck, automobiles, roads and adventure; Detroit Garage Bar and Kitchen’s ambience is surely a winner!

What We Witnessed!

Cars painted white and arranged into a collage on the walls, boosted up the décor in leaps and bounds. The washrooms have hollow tyres for washbasins and an old convertible has been placed above a car-lift that could shuttle customers from the restaurant’s ground floor to the first and then back.

What We Gorged On?

Vintage Mumbai soya wings - 8.5/10

Cheetos Pizza - 10/10 (Highly recommend)

Naughty America (Drink) - 9/10

Mustang GT (Drink) - 9/10

Grilled Corn and Chilly - 8.5/10

Twice cooked Kung Pao - 9/10

Mini Mac's - 8.5/10

Servings- The pizza was sufficient for 4 people. Rest everything was sufficient for 3 people!

The Cheetos Pizza was a throwback to the childhood days on a plate, where Cheetos was the ultimate snack for us! The patty like crust really made it our favourite dish of the day!

The grilled corn and chilly was presented very well on a grill but the taste was average. The Kung Pao was cooked to perfection and the Soya slider was too good to be true!

Naughty America, which is their bestseller, is a delish mix of vanilla ice cream and coffee which was presented in a martini glass which gave it a real visual appeal.

Detroit's menu offers a delicious range of European, American, Indian and South East Asian delicacies, which teams well with a wide array of drinks available at the sprawling bar.
