Built in a traditional Portuguese style structure, the Royal Enfield Garage Cafe is for the ardent foodies who are into Bullets, beers and bikes!
Situated next to Goa’s famous Baga creek locale, this Garage Cafe showcases slivers of history that are hallmarks of the Royal Enfield brand. When you explore further, you’ll come across a ‘bike’ museum next to it which unfolds the love of motorcycling. You can even spot a few vintage bikes on display too, some of them dating back to the times of World War II.
This two-storey cafe has an indoor and an alfresco section with a vibrant art installation in the cafe by Goan artists and comfortable wooden seating areas, that create an unruffled laid-back vibe. The decor and ambiance here effortlessly blurs the boundaries between the dimensions of the Royal Enfield cult and the soul of Goa.
When here and confused about what to order, go for the Pizza with Goat Cheese & Pesto and to wash it down, their creamy-boozy Pina Colada is the perfect beach cocktail to lift up your spirits! For those who’re not into a boozy trip, a Virgin Bloody Mary will do you good, trust us.
This sprawling venue also has a full-fledged garage and experts on-call who charge a nominal fee for any bike related work that you get done there and you’ll simply not be able to resist the wide range of accessories available at the RE store here. The folks here regularly host music gigs and they also offer an exhibition space as well.
Once you’re here, you’ll feel the love of bikes revving inside of you and there’ll be no going back and that’s exactly how you’ll know, why this cafe is a gem amidst the other cliches.
