Back in the day, this was a funky food and entertainment complex which was the go-to-place for people looking to chill out. It was known for its eateries, bowling alley, go-karting and fireball disco with live foot-tapping music.
They also plan to add 15 new restaurants by the end of this year; breweries, famous retail stores and a coworking space too.
This place will house not only famous Indian restaurants but also popular international chains! As of now, Carnatic Cafe, Beer Cafe and Potbelly have been shortlisted but that’s just the beginning.
Dhruv Sharma, 27, who had been living in the US is spearheading this venture and he has promised that this will be “one of a kind and will also be different from any other recreational joints that ever existed.”
This enterprise is similar to Cyber Hub and One Horizon Centre in Gurugram and will soon be a competitor to reckon with.
32nd Avenue which is sprawled over 24 acres was once owned by the Sharma family, who now own expansive chemical refineries.
Currently, it has about 20 lakh sq. ft. of developed and underdeveloped office space and who wouldn’t want to invest in such a happening territory?
The rooftop infinity pool is the cherry on the cake and we can’t wait to dive in! And it may also house India’s first indoor skydiving arena! This cultural community-oriented space is all set to give us the Khan Market feel for sure.
