In a proud moment for people from Gurugram, the city was reportedly the most desired when it comes to real estate and office properties.
In a recent study published by CBRE, an international real estate, investment consultant and market research company, it was found that Gurugram was the most sought-after office spaces in the Delhi-NCR (National Capital region).
Housing some of the top IT and Fortune 500 companies, Gurugram has essentially become the ‘commercial hub’ of the country. With one of the most iconic buildings and structures within the city, Gurugram (previously Gurgaon) is one of the five industrial areas in the country that make up to over 80% of the real estate investment. Within Gurugram itself, Cyber City and Golf Course Extension Road witnessed over 50% of the said investment.
Cyber city and the adjoining Cyber Hub are one of the most iconic places in the Delhi-NCR area, with hip cafes, ultra chic infrastructure and rapid metro in the mix, Gurugram is one of the most happening places anyway. Surrounded by seven golf courses, 26 shopping malls, and several luxury shops selling products of international brands, be it jobs, luxury, entertainment or food, Gurugram packs it all.
So Gurugram people, take a little more pride in saying “Main Gurgaw se hun!”
