Every city has some places that people swear by! One such place in Mumbai is Jim-Me’s Kitchen. This food joint at Hill Road Bandra, is a legend and they serve some of the most delicious grub you’ll find in this side of the city.

Jim-Me’s is known for its Asian grub and there’s no place better to grab a saucy plate of pork ribs or a giant helping of dragon chicken or spicy noodles.

We are absolutely smitten by the ribs they serve here, the delicate bone, all but falls off the bone and the sticky sauce coats your finger, making each bite more delectable while the side of fries are a welcome distraction from the sauce. The salt only making you crave the sauce a tiny bit more.

Ordering a plateful of crispy golden fried wontons, barbecue chicken and golden fried prawn are a must. You will not go wrong with the drumsticks or the Indianised version- chicken lollipop.

Apart from all these delicacies, you also need to dip your toes into the giant selection of noodles and saucy mains. We would recommend the Thai spicy fish, chicken in spicy brown sauce, prawn in oyster sauce, the beef (buffalo) black bean sauce and the pork in sweet and sour sauce.

You can also nosh on a bunch of other Asian delicacies that the people have nailed over the years.

Another one of the hidden gem that this place sports is the in-house bakery Daniel. They make some of the most beautiful macaroons that you’ll lay your eyes on, we are in love with the classic chocolate and the blue speckled one.

A soft delicious bread cake after all the heavy eating is probably the best way to round up any meal.

So the next time you crave a little spice or something nice, head to Jim-Me’s kitchen and get yourself a wonderful meal.
