The new bus stand, Sarwate Bus Station is a massive project and will be something like the stand at Jawahar Marg. With the help of facilities and amenities such as an air conditioned waiting area, modern ticket counters and digital displays, the goal is to make it one of the most future proof bus stands in the city.

The best part about the bus stand is that from here, inter as well as intra city buses will ply. This makes it a one stop station for all your public transport needs. In the city, buses from here will connect the ring pad from Shivaji Vatika Square via Madhumilan Talkies, making commuting matters easy for residents.

As of now, construction of the station has begun and according to officials, buses will -make use of the massive four storied stand in the next 15-months. The project is of a massive scale and we are rather excited to see how it shapes the future of public transport in the city. As per officials, at least 600 buses will ply from the ground floor of this multi storied bus stand, when it finally becomes operational.

The upcoming bus stand is nothing short of a massive feat for the city of Indore. The station will cover an area of up to 80 thousand square feet. Apart from that, the stand will consist of four floors with each of them having different facilities for the passengers and commuters.

Other facilities within the bus stand include proper waiting rooms, refreshment rooms, restaurants, travel offices, ticket booking areas, hypermarkets and a parking lot in the basement. Surely, the bus stand will stick out to give commuters a better, more seamless and convenient travel experience. With the help of the facilities, the bus stand will be nothing short of a state of the art airport!

Amid the lowering scale of COVID infection in Rajasthan, the state Education Minister on Thursday announced the reopening of schools from 2nd August, across all districts. These institutes have been shut ever since the outbreak of the second COVID wave, in April this year. Focused COVID sampling begins in Lucknow for detection of new variants

Notably, special testing camps are already operational at the airport, railway station and bus stops in Lucknow.

In view of the new COVID mutants surfacing in the country, the Uttar Pradesh government is initiating focused sampling schedules in Lucknow from today onwards.
