Knocksense: A local content and recommendations platform

Director Chad Stahelski returns to take the helm after co directing the first John Wick and going solo from the Second chapter of the series. The third movie picks up moments from the end of the first sequel as Keanu Reeves’ hitman is now a wanted man by the entire criminal underworld.

There is a great change in the aesthetic of the films as Chapter 3 takes place mostly at night with lots of moody rains. The action is, obviously, jaw-dropping because we see in the trailer that John’s killing a man with a book, it appears.

We also get a glimpse of the iconic chase sequence where we see John riding on a horse. We will also get to see him pair with a character that we’ve never seen before played by, Halle Berry, and tries to find a way to survive. Berry’s character loosks to be a delight as it’s going to be fun to see Reeves’ share a chemistry on screen for once.

So, yeah, John Wick is back. Although there is no indication that this chapter is going to be the final one of the series as Stahelski recently said that he could be happy making John Wick movies for the rest of his career, but buckle up anyways. This one looks to be a fun ride. The movie releases on 17th May, 2019.
