Desi Chinese is peak comfort food and we’re done apologizing for it! Chinese Dhaba said “authenticity who?” and went full Bollywood with their menu. Chilly paneer swimming in sauce? Yes. Manchurian that’s basically crack? Absolutely. Hakka noodles, Singaporean noodles, Schezwan madness, Chilli Garlic Fried Rice, it’s loud, it’s spicy, it’s so not traditional, and we’re obsessed.

Spring rolls that crunch perfectly, noodles that slap, chilli potato you’ll crave for days. Never underestimate a spot with “Pandit” in the name. They came to play!
