Of late, Ayushmann Khurrana seems to be on a roll. His recent movies have such as ‘Andhaadhun’ and ‘Badhai Ho’ have been successful hits on the big screen. Shooting for these movies too has taken him to various parts of the country and he keeps his fans updated about where he is on social media. Now, as part of his upcoming movie, ‘Bala’, he is in Kanpur and has begun the shooting schedule for the film.

A few days back, the actor posted a couple of Instagram stories. In the stories, he showed his excitement about not only starting shooting for Bala, but also for being in Kanpur and thanking the city for being so welcoming.
His Instagram stories had us laughing with joy as he posted several images with hilarious captions. From what was seen in the stories, it would be safe to assume that the actor is enjoying his time in Kanpur and is getting pumped up for the new project.
As far as the movie ‘Bala’ itself, not much about it is known apart from the fact that it is directed by Aman Kaushik and will star Yami Gautam and Bhumi Pednekar in prominent lead roles. From what has been revealed about the movie, it seems to have Bhumi playing the role about a girl who is obsessed with fair skin, while Khurrana’s character is one that is all about a man who goes bald.

Earlier, Ayushmann and Bhumi have starred together in a few projects, all of which have been great performers on the big screen. This upcoming movie will mark the third time they appear on screen together. Additionally, the movie will also star Javed Jaffrey, Seema Pahwa and Saurabh Shukla.
Though Bala is his upcoming project, Khurrana has a few other movies up his sleeve and is yet to update us about them.
