Over the years, Mumbai has become a culinary hot-spot with wide-ranging restaurants serving the tastes of different regions right here! Be it south Indian cuisine, Goan or Bengali delicacies, Mumbai has it all and how.

Amidst the several offerings, KongPoush is almost every meat lovin’ epicure’s choice because they’ve been delivering authentic Kashmiri food right here in Mumbai! Unlike any other in the city, this eatery has been making a name for itself since its inception and here’s what we love about it.

Kashmiri Food FTW!

The spices of Jammu and Kashmir are already famous because of their intense flavours and aroma, and these good folks at KongPoush have put them to good use! A delivery-only outlet, KongPoush brings the warmth of the Kashmiri chulhas to our plate and even the Kashmiris staying here claim that the food is as good as home.

Their masalas are made in-house and some of the spices are also sourced from Kashmir, which makes it a true-blue Kashmiri food service! Their menu is highly focused on meat hoggers, although they have kept the tastebuds of vegetarians in consideration too!

When in the mood to order in, check out the menu of KongPoush because this culinary experience will be way different than the regular food you order. Although we’re a fan of the entire menu, if we had to choose, we’d go for the Saffron Rice and along with it Mutton Roganjosh, Chicken Tikka, Chamman Qaliya and Goshtaba! To finish off the meal on a sweet note, order their Firni and you’ll be bookmarking this joint instantly.

What we’re saying is-

If you’re feeling lazy yet ambitious enough to try out something new, this Kashmiri joint is where the search ends! Relish a full course meal from here and you’ll fall in love at the first bite.
