Those travelling on the Agra-Lucknow expressway tomorrow, i.e., April 19, will face inconvenience as the expressway will be closed at regular intervals between 11 AM and 03:45 PM. Movement on the road will be intermittently prohibited on the expressway due to the shifting of power transmission lines.
In order to avoid major discomfort for the public, traffic on the expressway will be allowed after each stoppage of 15 minutes. This is the second time this is happening in less than a month with the expressway being partially closed earlier on March 29 owing to the same reason.
