But amidst all the hep and happening partying and chilling frenzy, there’s one such event which is reminding us to take care of ourselves first. Dr. Shamim’s Women’s Clinic in Lucknow, is inviting all the ladies in the city, for an exclusive women-only health fair.
What’s Happening?
On the 8th of March, to commemorate Women’s Day in Lucknow, Dr. Shamim’s Women’s Clinic is hosting a Women’s Day Health Fair at Rishita Celebrity Greens. Between 10 AM to 12 noon, you can come over anytime and get your Sugar, Blood Pressure and Haemoglobin checked for free by trained professionals.
The organisers are even going to host various workshops on obesity, abnormal menstrual cycles and PCOS, so that there’s a flow of correct information amidst the ladies of Lucknow. The educational seminars they’ll be conducting, are all focused on generating awareness about common health concerns that affects women in their different phases of life. What better time than International Women’s Day to take care of yourself, in the name of self-love?!
