According to a report published by TOI, about 15% of commuters travel via the buses without a ticket. The move will not only counter that but will also ensure an overall better travelling experience.
These conductorless busses have already been introduced to route 100 from Churchgate to Nariman Point and 111 from CSMT to Gateway of India.
