Following a decade of making Mumbai fall in love with handmade pasta, Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality has unveiled its second CinCin outpost. This time, the brand has arrived with something bigger for Bandra people.
On the thirteenth floor of Mansionz One, this 120 seater sprawls across a 4300 sq ft. With indoor seating and alfresco terrace, the venue serves panoramic city views that morph beautifully as day turns to night. Whether dropping in for a morning macchiato or a long weekend brunch, CinCin Bandra shifts gears effortlessly to match the neighbourhood’s vibrant rhythm.
The table-side theatre & interactive rituals
At the core of CinCin is a philosophy, “Friends become Famiglia”. The team believes that the meals are about the people passing the platters and the memories forged over shared food. To bring this sentiment to life, the dining journey is filled with interactive rituals that introduce a touch of table-side theatre to the evening. Upon arrival, the hours are greeted with a warm welcome shot of minestrone soup to prime the palate. As the afternoon progresses, the room is animated by a roaming Negroni and Spritz trolley, allowing diners to craft a bespoke, do-it-yourself cocktail right at their table.
The main act, of course, is a celebration of classic Italian comfort, featuring golden Neapolitan-style pizzas and silky, hand-rolled pastas made to be passed around. Dessert brings its own spectacle with an in-house Sgroppino, a refreshing Italian lemon sorbet, whipped live before your eyes. To conclude the meal, a velvety splash of Pistachio Orgeat is poured as a final digestif, whilst those celebrating birthdays are treated to spirited coffee liqueur shots.

The design of the space channels the romantic allure of coastal Italian piazzas and sun-drenched laneways, all through a contemporary Bandra lens. Warm terracotta textures, patterned tiles, and classic verandah-style seating pair elegantly with vintage-inspired lighting and layers of lush greenery. A aperitivo bar serves as the room’s focal point, whilst TukTuk installation anchors the indoor aesthetic. For those dining alfresco, a massive retractable roof provides front-row seats to Mumbai’s changing skies.
