Citizens complain of hampered daily convenience
"The diversions have increased my average commute time by nearly 20 minutes. The alternate routes go through some extremely narrow bylanes which are prone to bottlenecks. Dealing with this for another 6 months is going to be challenging", said Samit Sharma, a Dadar resident.
The infamous Mumbai traffic has now become a regular sight, especially for the citizens staying in Dadar. This region is a junction of the central and western suburbs and anyway is classified as one of the busiest locales of the metropolis. As per the citizens' sentiment, the metro - ease of the future has surely developed as an inconvenience of the present.
