One of India’s greatest pop culture events, Comic Con 2019 is back in Mumbai and it looks like a promising event!
It’s that time of the year again when we all start Googling about the location, tickets and details about one of our favourite events and our costumes are breathing out of our closets finally!
Those who sniff comic books like cocaine, know what we’re hinting at. And yes, Christmas for nerds has finally arrived here in the city.
Mumbai Comic Con 2019 is happening this December and all the pop culture aficionados need to be here; here’s why!
Prep to huddle with all the geeks of the country here at Mumbai Comic Con 2019, happening at Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC) on the 7th and 8th of December! We’re screaming ‘Oh Grodd’ because we can Harley believe that it’s finally here again.
When here, these two days will be power-packed with interactions, workshops, contests and the gaming zones are gonna keep you hooked! With each pass you purchase, you’re entitled to goodies and perks like exclusive merchandises and limited edition deals. You can be a part of the audience and witness stellar performances by artists from all over the globe and celebrity meet-greet will follow too!
You will also find world-class exhibits from all of your favourite franchises and oh BTW, Comic-Con India also hosts the Indian Championship of Cosplay. You gotta level-up your dress-up game for this one because the winner of the ‘Indian Championship of Cosplay’, then represents India, at the Crown World Championships of Cosplay, Chicago Comic-Con.
The first season of Comic-Con was held in Delhi, back in 2011 and over the years, this event has expanded to other major cities in India and has become an annual pilgrimage site for us!
Comic-Con event is like a social networking ground for comic book fans and here you can discuss everything and anything under the sun and shadows.
This year too, gather up your squad and run to Comic-Con as if you’re late for the train leaving ‘Platform 9¾’. And trust us, you’ll return with an experience which’ll be anything but ordinary and it truly looks like a promising event ahead!
