Carrying forward a legacy of over 12 years, Varq by Indian Delight is an upshot of the traditional art of mithai making, blended with wholesomeness and perpetual passion!

Amidst the burgeoning cliched bakeries in Bandra, this mithai ki dukaan welds us with our desi roots, with a scent of nostalgia; yet, it is as progressive as it can be. There are whiffs of toasted shuddh ghee in the air as soon as you step in, and amidst the varied sweetmeats, you’ll witness how they’ve moulded according to our health-conscious choices too! The products here are of upmarket ranks and this shop has been famed as one of the best mithai stores Mumbai has to offer.

Sweets are the weak-points of most Indians but the heavy calories translate into guilt as soon as we bite into it. So keeping in mind the health-freaks too, their menu is curated of heart-healthy options. These mithai won’t add extra inches to your waist, yet they will melt in your palate like a raging wave meeting the shore. Aaaah, we’re talking from experience.

For us, the highlight of our visit to this store was trying out variants of regular sweets. But what caught our attention was a textured square chunk of our childhood favourite.

Gulkand Dry Fruit Sweet FTW!

An end-product of anjeer, gulkand and premium roasted dry fruits coalesced, the Gulkand Dry Fruit sweet earned our appreciation with its not-so-sweet yet stellar taste. The best part? All such products are made without any artificial colours, flavours, sugar or glutton, so binging on these won’t take you on a trip to guilt-land.

When here, pack some of the Almond Crunch which is a merger of fine roasted almonds and dates. If you’re looking for another variety, opt for the Pistachio Crunch, which is another blend of fine dates and toasted pistachios.

What we’re saying is-

Be it any event or celebration, Varq by Indian Delight is bound to sweeten any occasion with their divergent range of sweets which are unlike any other in the vicinity. They also offer exclusive hampers and gorgeous customized sweet packs, so even after devouring their tucks, these empty boxes will surely find a place in the one of the shelves in your house.
