Our unparalleled love for chocolates sees no race- be it white, pink, dark or coloured. Chocolates can make anything and everything better and if you’re the kind of person who can say no to chocolates, well, will you ever know true joy?
Best part about chocolates? They suit everyone’s palates as well as pockets and they never let us down! Whether you want to celebrate, recover after a stressful day, mend a broken heart or ward off sad thoughts, chocolates have and will always be there to lend you a helping hand. From handing them out on birthdays to sharing one with your crush, these delights have been there of us and how!
Our love for this heaven-sent treat has been resoundingly amped-up by the Elementaria Bakery Cafe here in the city and they’ve got the ultimate chocolaty treat for all the chocolate connoisseurs!
At this dessert cafe has created a 1.5 feet tall 48-Layer Cake and this colossal pastry is the mountain we cannot wait to conquer. The cake which is doused in chocolate ganache, comes layered with hazelnut and almond praline and thin chocolate sponge. When served, the pastry comes decked with rough chocolate shavings on top. The whole image is making us drool and we’re sure that you too will turn into the heart eyes emoji as soon as you taste the cake.
The entire cake takes two days to make and we’re are internally screaming thinking about the sugar rush which will definitely follow our misadventure.
Wolfing this down is no easy feat and to keep things interesting, Elementaria has introduced a challenge where if you finish this cake within 10 minutes, you won’t have to spend a coin on it. But, if you’re unsuccessful, you’ll pay ₹1,000 for the slice. By the way, only 3 people have actually won the challenge so far.
But if you think you have what it takes to wipe the plate clean, hop on to Elementaria and try your luck.
