Mumbai commuters will soon be able to book Metro tickets directly through the Uber app. The feature is part of Uber’s integration with the government-backed Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) and has already been launched in Delhi. With this, Uber will become one of the first private companies to offer Metro ticketing in Mumbai through ONDC.
How to book your metro ticket on the Uber app?

Open the Rider app: Once the feature is rolled out, update the app. Navigate to the Metro Tickets icon on the screen.

Select your station: Choose the starting point/destination stations from the dropdown and select the number of passengers.

Confirm details: Verify fare and route before proceeding.

Payment: Make quick and easy payments via UPI.

Access your ticket: Your ticket will appear as a QR code in the app; scan it at the metro gate to travel.
