BMC allows Mumbai schools to conduct offline exams in line with prescribed COVID-19 norms

In a circular issued late on Tuesday, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation has permitted Mumbai schools to conduct offline examinations with prescribed precautions against the COVID spread. Though all schools, under the council of ICSE, CBSE and state boards have been allowed to schedule offline examinations for students of classes 10 and 12, Cambridge Board schools have received BMC's favour to conduct offline exams for classes 9 to 12.

Students appearing for exams in Mumbai permitted to travel in Local trains till December 10

Students appearing for Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Education examinations, along with other teaching and non-teaching staff, are now permitted to travel in the Mumbai locals. Students must carry their hall tickets and identity cards are also mandatory. The permission has been granted effective immediately and is valid till December 10.
