“Ghost hunting is a hilariously spooky business”- Fatima Sana Sheikh on her next film

After the success of films like Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Golmaal Again and Stree, Bollywood has been trying hands to make spooky yet hilarious comedies. Next in the lineup of films that can tickle your funny bones and make you jump out of your shoes, is Saif Ali Khan’s Bhoot Police which also features Ali Fazal and Fatima Sana Sheikh as ghost hunters.

This film will be a horror-comedy helmed by Pavan Kirpalani. On Thursday morning, the makers unveiled the first look of the film and we couldn't be more excited.

While Fatima was seen sitting on a chair in the picture, Ali and Saif were standing behind her as her ‘men in black’. In addition, both the actors look hilarious as they pose as detectives with their black glasses on.

The horror comedy, which is expected to leave the audience in splits will be screened in 3D. The actors seem excited to explore the genre.

Sharing the first look, Fatima wrote, “Ghost hunting is a hilariously spooky business!” and Ali Fazal captioned the picture, “The team that hunts ghosts together, sticks together. Meet the cast of India’s spookiest comedy.”

Saif Ali Khan is currently working on the popular Netflix series Sacred Games 2 while Fatima Sana Sheik, who proved her mettle with the Aamir Khan biopic “Dangal” is busy with her next project with Anurag Basu.

Bhoot Police is scheduled to be released in August this year and we can’t wait for some rib tickling comedy and the dose of thrill which accompanies it.
