In a leak by Moto Brazil website, almost every aspect and detail of the Moto G7 lineup was revealed. The complete web page of the Moto G7 lineup was quickly snipped by fans and posted for everyone to see. Here’s everything we’ve learnt from the faux pas.

The Motorola G7 lineup, which, in India should compete with players such as Redmi, Realme, OPPO and Vivo in the mid range department will have four variants. The Moto G7, Moto G7 Plus, Moto G7 Play and Moto G7 Power. As expected, the phone has a number of differnet variatns and options that make each phone stand out.

Considering the G7 as the main model, the Moto G7 will come equipped with a 6.24-inch display along with a 2270x1080 resolution and a drop-style notch, a trend that is quickly picking up. On the inside, the Moto G7 will come loaded with a 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The phone will be powered by the midrange Snapdragon 632 chipset. The cameras consist of a single 8-megapixel front-facing camera, along with a dual camera setup at the back with 12-megapixel and 5-megapixel sensors. The G7 comes with a 3,000mAH capacity battery and Android 9 Pie out of the box.

The G7 Plus is the top end variant of the line up and for the most part, has the same dimensions and specifications as the regular G7. The main difference comes in the cameras and the processors. The phone uses the more powerful (compared to SD 632) Snapdragon 636 processor at the same 4GB RAM. As for the cameras, the G7 Plus has a 12-megapixel front facing camera and the rear cameras house 16-megapixel and 5-megapixel sensor.

The Play and Power models, though mostly the same on the outside are expected to be more budget friendly. The Play edition will come in as the most budget friendly with a single rear camera, 2GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Additionally, the G7 Play will be much smaller than the others considering the 5.7-inch display with the same 3,000mAH battery.

The G7 Power on the other hand will be the same size as the others and will have 3GB of RAM. The attraction of this model will be the 5,000mAH battery that it comes loaded with.

The design on all four models is much like what we have seen from Motorola in the past few years, the only change being the waterdrop notch and the rear mounted fingerprint sensor with a logo embedded in it.

Since the leaks were seen on the Brazillian website of the country, it is highly likely that the phone will first be launched there and then will be followed by other markets. Though there is no concrete date as of now, the phones are expected to launch in February. There is no word on the price of the phones either but considering the past prices of the G series phones, they will be priced in the sub ₹20,000 bracket.
