Lenovo-owned Motorola recently launched its Moto G7 series in Brazil and Mexico and as per new reports, the four devices are expected to launch soon in India. A report has revealed that shipments of the Moto G7 Power have already been delivered to the offline retailers across India.
The Moto G7 Power is expected to be priced around ₹15,999 in India, however, it will reportedly be available for ₹14,500 as an introductory offer. While there has been no announcement from the company, reports have revealed that Motorola will launch the device soon.
The Moto G7 Power runs on Android 9.0 Pie and features a 6.2-inch HD+ (1570×720 pixels) 2.5D curved glass display with an aspect ratio of 19:9 and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
In terms of performance, the Moto G7 Power is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 SoC coupled with Adreno 506 GPU. In terms of memory, the device features 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 512GB via a microSD card.
Coming to the camera department, the Moto G7 Power features a 12MP primary camera at the back with f/2.0 aperture, 1.25um pixel size and an LED flash. On the front, the device sports an 8MP selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture and 1.12um pixel size.
The Moto G7 Power is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 15W Turbo charging support. Connectivity options on the device include dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS and a USB Type-C port. The device sports a fingerprint sensor at the back.
While there has been no confirmation from Motorola about the price, the price currently being reported seems a little high for the specifications that are being offered. In this price range, the device will compete with the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 and the Realme 2 Pro.
