Karan Johar is infamous for making big budget films that people cannot relate to or glamorous dramas set abroad. Unlike most of his movies, Kalank seems to have drawn a leaf from Dharma Production’s recent association with the Baahubali franchise.

The teaser that stars Madhuri Dixit Nene, Sonakshi Sinha, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjay Dutt, gives the viewers a Sanjay Bhansali like production. Sets and backgrounds that are extensively worked upon, every single detail vividly and painstakingly crafted while the characters seem to be larger than life itself.

The teaser also gives out an inkling of tremendous drama brewing in the plot, the splendidly made sets are a tell-tale of the same. The movie is said to be the story of ‘Eternal Love’ and fans are waiting for the trailer release to find out more.

With drowning music in the background, the magnificent costumes and the drama make the wait a little bit harder. We cannot wait to know the reason behind Sonakshi’s lament, Alia’s robotic steps towards her mandap and Madhuri’s sly smile.
