Fancy a French restaurant? A Parisian streets cafe that serves you fresh baked breads, chocolate stuffed beignets, churros with dark chocolat and French pressed coffee? Who isn’t a fan of French cuisine that is known in the entire world for its subtle sophistication and unmatched technique. If crunchy churros, French onion soup and brioche-French toast haunt your dreams, PAUL India is here to transport you to a quaint street in France where all of your food fantasies come true!
The humongous bakery and restaurant chain opened in Ambience Mall Gurugram in the beginning of 2019 and if you still haven’t been here, you need to go now!
PAUL, a French bakery cum restaurant chain that is present in over 29 countries is best known for their sophisticated fine dine cuisine and the gorgeous desserts. They have perfected the cuisine and the French dishes we speak so passionately of and the restaurant has made us realize that we’ve been missing out on good grub since forever.
The coffee here is unlike we’ve had before. The French have cast their magic and brought to us the real roast flavour instead of the watered down American version, we’ve so graciously been gulping.
The restaurant is admittedly on the pricier end of the spectrum, but the quality of food they provide justifies the prices.
The French are known for their love of desserts and who ever said that we Indians don’t like our sweets as much if not more. The dessert selection here is what our sinful dreams are made of. From small berry tartlets to buttered croissants, fresh made beignets (no we will not call them doughnuts) macarons and churros.
The restaurant also does some amazing classics such as the French onion soup, which they slow cook for hours and serve in a champagne bread bowl, the roasted baby chicken served with potatoes and vegetable salad, carbonara tagliatelle- cooked in creamy sauce mixed with bacon, egg yolk & parmesan cheese and the healthy Caesar Salad- Romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese & herb garlic stick.
So the next time you feel like indulging in a French luxury head to PAUL India and have a meal which is fit for royals. Do not forget to let us know about your experience and keep watching this space for more info about new places to hangout in town.
