Novotel Ahmedabad is bringing a unique culinary experience with the “No-Oil, No-Boil Food Festival” from the 15th to 23rd of February in collaboration with Padayal Group. This festival will showcase dishes prepared without oil or boiling, focusing on natural flavours and nutrition.
Padayal Group, led by Dr. R. Padayal Sivakumar, has developed over 2,500 recipes using this method. Known for his expertise in healthy cooking, Dr. Sivakumar, known as the “Healthiest MasterChef of India” holds a world record for preparing 302 raw vegan dishes in 9 hours and 43 minutes at the Eat Right Mela – 2022.
The festival will feature a selection of innovative dishes that highlight the potential of raw and natural ingredients. Novotel Ahmedabad’s initiative aims to offer guests a fresh take on mindful eating while exploring new flavours in a health-conscious way.
