Happy eating, people!

Somya Agarwal

From small-scale intimate brunches to cocktail evenings or even a luxurious fine-dine experience, The Indian Channel in Ahmedabad is here to take care of all your epicurean cravings! These guys have just started, and proudly brag about their vegetarian menu.

Although the folks here stick to no meat in the house, they make sure that it’s all super yum and the presentation is always on point.

A presentation so mesmerising, we can’t take our eyes off

Stunning flavours, exquisite presentation, and fine ingredients come together to create The Indian Channel‘s tantalising menu. Be it their Crispy Rainbow Roll with impeccable presentation OR vibrant Bhareli Bhavnagri Mircha (stuffed with luscious cottage cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and char-grilled to perfection), each bite is a burst of flavours. Pair it with their classic Lemon Butter Missi Roti and you are good to go.

Do try their meticulously crafted Pesto Exotica Pizza with grilled zucchini, arugula, fresh spinach, earthy mushrooms, feta cheese & delicately roasted pine nuts, a culinary masterpiece waiting for you to be devoured.

You can totally leave it to them to come up with quirky ideas and make everything look chic and fun!
