Ahmedabad has become home to India’s biggest patisserie with the launch of Cacaoté on Billionaire Street. Spanning 15,000 sq. ft., this luxury patisserie and brasserie aims to bring the famed 'Belgian chocolate experience' to India.

Founded by a mother-son duo, Vraj Patel and Rita Patel, Cacaoté showcases creations curated by 3 Michelin-starred chef Jonathan Gallet. The menu features a range of gourmet chocolates, pastries, cakes, and macarons. Incorporating Indian flavours like chai masala, the offerings blend global excellence with local sentiments.

Designed by Australia’s Storm Worldwide with interiors by London-based LEQB, the space reflects a chocolate-inspired aesthetic, complete with a pool and expansive terrace. The patisserie is located on the ground floor, while the first-floor brasserie includes outdoor seating. Cacaoté plans to host interactive workshops, allowing visitors to create their own flavours, adding a unique experience to Ahmedabad’s luxury dining scene.
