Ahmedabad travellers will benefit from increased air connectivity as Indigo Airlines introduces daily flights between Agra and Ahmedabad starting April 1, 2025. This decision addresses rising passenger demand and aims to improve convenience for both business and leisure travellers.

Currently, flights on this route operate six days a week. The new schedule will ensure daily service, enhancing flexibility for frequent flyers. Agra Kheria Airport Director Yogendra Singh Tomar confirmed the update, stating that the airline made this decision based on consistent passenger growth.

Authorities are also assessing the feasibility of direct flights from Agra to Surat and Goa. Surveys are being conducted to evaluate demand for these routes, which could further improve air connectivity for Gujarat’s travellers.

With daily flights commencing soon, Ahmedabad passengers will have greater travel flexibility, reinforcing the city's growing air transport network.
