IMD has issued a warning for cities in the state, including Ahmedabad, indicating wind speeds ranging between 30-50 kmph.

According to the latest forecast by the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), Gujarat is expected to encounter gusty weather conditions until tomorrow, June 7. IMD has issued a warning for cities in the state, including Ahmedabad, Banaskantha, Patan, Mehsana, Sabarkantha and Kutch, indicating wind speeds ranging between 30-50 kmph.

The current windy conditions in Gujarat are a result of a low-pressure area forming over the region, attributed to a cyclonic circulation over the Arabian Sea. While strong surface winds are expected, the IMD has not issued any forecast of rain accompanying these conditions.
