Isolated locations in Goa received over 100mm of rainfall throughout the day. Two rain gauge stations have been installed in the city to measure the amount of rainfall. Canacona received heavy showers, crossing the 120 mm mark on Wednesday. Quepem, on the other hand, recorded over 110 mm of rainfall. Meanwhile, Valpoi being the lowest, received 6.4 mm of rainfall.

According to the weather report, the influence of off-shore troughs and strong westerly winds along the west coast is likely to result in isolated heavy rainfall over Konkan, Goa and Malabar coasts. With a regular southwest monsoon over Goa, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) stated that rainfall is likely to increase in the next five days.
