Launched on the widespread demand of people, this is Air India's first international operation from Madhya Pradesh since the outbreak of the pandemic. The service will initiate a non-step journey from the Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport to Dubai World Central- Al Maktoum International Airport, every Wednesday.

Reportedly, the plane will take off from Indore at 12:35 PM as per the Indian Standard Time (IST) and land in Dubai at 3:05 PM. The flight from the port city of UAE will take off at 4:05 PM (according to the UAE time) and settle in Indore at 8:55 PM, on the same day.

According to Vinod, an ex-pat who was on a visit to his hometown Indore in March, last year, "The resumption of flights between Indore and Dubai will help people like me who got stuck due to this pandemic. This flight will also help a lot in improving the trade gap between central India and the gulf country and promote tourism."
