Yet again! Indore has taken a step toward a green future with the implementation of a paperless E-bills system. The move is aimed at reducing the wastage of paper and with online bill payment, real-time monitoring of the payments and electricity supply will also be ensured.

According to the Discom officers, there are around 5.50 lakh energy customers in Indore. And the system is currently active in Indore and Dhar and the concerned authority has started sending PDF copies of monthly electrical payments to the consumers on their registered mobile numbers or email.

Reportedly, the zonal office will provide help to the consumers if they find any difficulties while using the new e-billing system or need a printed copy of their payments.
