Knocksense Shorts| NHAI to start construction of 55 km-long western ring road in Indore

The 55 km long and 100-feet wide road will connect NATRAX to Manglia.

With an aim to offer better connectivity, and generate revenue and employment, the Indore Development Authority in collaboration with MPIDC and NHAI will construct the 55 km western ring road. Reportedly, the said development will ease connectivity between NATRAX on AB Road to Arjun Badod Village near Manglia.

As per the official data, the ring road will pass from 43 villages in Indore and 3 villages in the Dhar district. Currently, 325 acres of land have been allotted for the construction of a 13 km long stretch, the remaining 42 km stretch will be constructed in phase 2 after the allotment of the land.

Reportedly, the area along the proposed ring road will be used to set up various projects, factories and plants with the aim to generate revenue and increase employment.
