Knocksense Shorts|Phase 2 talent hunt for Break Dance in Paris Olympics 2024 to begin soon in Indore

Madhya Pradesh Department of Sports and Youth Welfare will organize a talent hunt for the ‘break dancing’ or ‘breaking’ event added to the Paris Olympics 2024. The state sports dept authorities had already completed Phase 1 of selection. Reportedly, the short-listed candidates will now appear in Phase 2 which will begin in the month of July. Indore will host the first talent hunt of phase 2 on July 10.

Additionally, to prepare the candidates for the upcoming Paris Olympics 2024, authorities also plan to start an academy that will be tasked to train shortlisted individuals in break dance. As per the official announcement, the age of those who participate in this talent hunt must be from 12 to 20 years. It was decided that this sport would combine dance and gymnastics and will be a two-day event at the Paris Olympics 2024.
