With mineral water, Jhannat Kachori in Indore is giving a healthy makeover to our fav kachori

Om nom nom!

Apart from cleanliness, Indore is famous for its creative twist on wildly popular dishes such as poha, jalebi and kachori. However, did you know about this cool place, Jhannat Kachori in Indore that not only serves mouth-watering kachori but has also given it a hygienic makeover.

At just ₹10 per piece, this place is teaching us how to serve good quality food and make it delicious at the time.

Healthy and tasty at the same time

In town for the past few years, Shubham Baradiya, owner of the joint, sells roughly 400 plates of kachoris everyday. While we are bonkers over their spicy potato cooked with groundnut oil, their kachoris are the real game changers. For the dough, they use mineral water, thoroughly washed potatoes and further fry it in groundnut oil (our mouth is watering just thinking about it).

A bite into the crispy kachori will defo make you crave for more and remember you get it all for just ₹10! *WOAH*

See you there, hogging away!

Price: ₹10/- per piece

Location: 68, opp. Mansa Devi Mandir, Imli Bazar
