Jaipur metropolis getting a new mall, which will be the biggest in Rajasthan! Pacific Development Corp. is planning to commission a gigantic new mall in Jaipur, at an estimated cost of ₹1,100 crores. A new hub in the city, the mall will be one of its kind, and the largest in all of Rajasthan.
Earlier this year, in an auction, Pacific Development Corp proffered ₹488 crore for the mall land, and won the bid against rival giants like Phoenix Mills Ltd, and others. With this auction, Rajasthan Housing Board was able to collect a whooping ₹488 crore at the rate of ₹1.07 lakh per square metre for the 45,632 square metre prime commercial plot stationed between VT Road and Aravali Marg in Mansarover, Jaipur.
As per reports, construction of the project will commence by mid-2023 after the land registration formalities are completed, and will take roughly 5 years to complete and open for public.
