Knocksense Shorts | Kanpur Airport’s new terminal to fly flights to Bombay and B’luru today

Inaugurated on May 26, the new terminal at Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi, Kanpur Airport (also known as Chakeri Airport) is finally set to depart flights to Mumbai and Bengaluru from June 7, today.

The new terminal underwent a technical test today, and arrangements were made to welcome the incoming passengers from all over India. New IndiGo flights to Mumbai will depart from Kanpur at 1555 hrs and for Bengaluru at 1335 hrs. The airport is also scheduled to resume regular flights to Delhi soon with the help of flight operator IndiGo. The Kanpur to Delhi flight was temporality halted on May 20 due to various issues.
