UPMRCL recently launched the Kanpur Metro app for easy travel on the priority route. The move is aimed at offering smart, convenient and less time-consuming travel facilities.

With the new app in place, one can book a ticket for himself as well as for someone else. The app will not just ease your ticket booking process but will also save you some time by ditching long queues.

Additionally, the app also offers a group ticket booking facility for minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 20 people. Also, with the help of the Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) counter, commuters can show their QR code that was generated at the time of booking and enter the platform at any time.
