Equipped with engaging 3D models, stimulating science and astronomy shows and awe-intriguing exhibitions, the Planetarium offers to all an immersive experience. The architecture, depicting the Solar System, is another striking feature of the place.

All about the Indira Gandhi Planetarium

With the foundation stone laid in February 1988, the more than three-decade old building has been known for its charm. From letting you reach for the stars (quite literally, with its immersive 3D shows) to constantly upgrading to suit the modern trends, IG Planetarium remains as one of the top to-do things in Lucknow.

A childhood favourite of all, IG Planetarium is the place where lil girls and boys' dreams are fueled with strength and knowledge. Besides, the special effects, created by the efficient projection system, continues to inspire and empower Lucknowites. Admission Fee:
₹25 per person (above 3 years of age)
(Concessional ticket @ ₹10 per person for a group of 30 or more)
