For the very first time, a total of 1,000 AI-enabled cameras have been placed at strategic locations across Lucknow. And guess what? These cameras are equipped with face recognition technology and will be able to identify any suspicious movement and alert Police control rooms.

To be inaugurated on February 19

This new facility in Lucknow will be inaugurated by PM Modi during the GIS project ceremony, scheduled to be held on February 19. It is noteworthy that this is part of the Safe City Project, which includes a number of other steps such as the installation of panic buttons in 165 city buses.
