In some good news for those looking for housing options in Lucknow, the cost of LDA Flats on Kanpur road, are all set to go down by ₹10 lakh. The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has also prepared a proposal for the same, which will be tabled in the board meeting to be held in July.

It is noteworthy that LDA has brought down prices of its apartment complexes previously, as well. This is usually done when the flats are not sold at the expected pace.

Furthermore, the apartment complexes where the prices will come down include Rashmi Lok Apartment, Anubhuti Apartment, and Srijan Apartment.
