Emaar India, the Indian arm of UAE-based real estate developer Emaar Properties, has announced the launch of its first high-rise residential project in Lucknow, named Elite Oasis. Situated in Gomti Nagar Extension, the development represents an investment of ₹400 crore, with projected revenues of ₹650 crore.
