Fly from Lucknow to "Powerhouse of Odisha" with direct Air India Express flights, starting Feb 1

Lucknow residents can soon enjoy direct flights to Jharsuguda, Odisha, with Air India Express launching a new service from Amausi Airport starting February 1, 2025. The flight will operate three days a week—Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday—offering a convenient 1 hour 20-minute journey. This new service complements Air India Express’s expansion plans, linking Bhubaneswar to several cities, including Jaipur, Kochi and Patna.

The flight from Jharsuguda will depart at 5:35 PM, landing in Lucknow at 6:55 PM, with the return flight leaving Lucknow at 7:25 PM and reaching Jharsuguda at 8:45 PM. Bookings are now open on the website, with fares starting at ₹5,999. Passengers can choose from regular, comfort, and flexi seating options in economy class.
