Lucknow experienced scattered rainfall and chilly gusts of wind last evening, leaving residents shivering amidst unseasonal weather conditions. Although the temperature drop wasn't drastic, with the minimum recorded at 11°C; the cold was intensified by strong westerly winds reaching speeds of up to 15 km/h.

Today, bright sunshine has offered much-needed relief with the maximum temperature expected to climb to 20°C. However, IMD has forecast dense fog over Lucknow and its outskirts tonight, as the minimum temperature dips further to around 9°C.

Looking ahead, similar weather patterns are anticipated in the coming days, with warmer afternoons followed by foggy nights.
